Conditions for Return

✅ The product is completely different from what you ordered, and no prior communication was made regarding the change.
✅ Returns for Plants and Pots are accepted only for damaged or defective products. Refunds will be provided only if a replacement is unavailable.
✅ You must report any damaged or defective product within 24 hours of delivery.
✅ Do not accept packages with damaged/tampered packaging (excluding normal wear & tear from transit).
✅ The product must be unused and in its original condition.

Refund Policy

�� Orders once delivered and accepted cannot be refunded.
